Purpose
This report provides the Complaints and Conduct Committee with the findings of a recent survey conducted with Members and stakeholders, seeking their feedback on the overall effectiveness of the committee. The report seeks to inform both the overall evaluation of the committee’s effectiveness during 2025/26 and the subsequent assurance report to the Audit Risk and Assurance Committee in May 2026.
