Purpose
The Committee asked that a report be provided on a quarterly basis on settlement figures arising from claims raised against Police Scotland. Further information was also sought on actions or claims raised against Police Scotland within the previous quarter and insight into the work currently being undertaken by Police Scotland Legal Services.
