Purpose & Recommendation
The purpose of this report is to update the SPA PPC on current performance in regard to 999 and 101 performances, managed by Police Scotland’s C3 Division. This will specifically focus on the change process implemented in November 2025 with implementation of the Unified Communications & Contact Platform.
Members are requested to discuss the report and consider any requirement for future reporting on the subject topic.
