INTRODUCTION AND WELCOME
1.1 CHAIR’S OPENING REMARKS
The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed all Authority Members and representatives from Police Scotland’s senior leadership team. She paid tribute to previous SPA Chair, Andrew Flanagan, following his recent death, and extended condolences to his family.

There were no Member apologies.
1.3 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND CONNECTIONS
There were no declarations of interest or connections was raised.
1.4 ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Authority Members raised no other business.
1.5 DECISION ON TAKING BUSINESS IN PRIVATE (ITEMS 10-12)
Members agreed that, in accordance with paragraph 20 of the SPA Standing Orders, the Authority would consider item 12 in private for the reasons set out on the agenda.
