WELCOME & INTRODUCTIONS
WELCOME
Pauline Howie, Committee Chair welcomed attendees from the Authority, Police Scotland and Scottish Government. The new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Officer, Estates were welcomed to their first meeting of the Resources Committee. Presenters were reminded that introductory remarks should be as brief as possible to allow maximum opportunity for committee scrutiny and discussion.

There were no declarations of interest or connections.
DECISIONS ON TAKING BUSINESS IN PRIVATE (ITEMS 6 - 10)
In accordance with paragraph 20 of the SPA Standing Orders, the Committee agreed to consider items 6 – 10 in private.

RESOURCES COMMITTEE ACTION LOG AND MATTERS ARISING
Members noted the Action Log updates and the actions proposed for closure. Action RES-20250813-001 will be discussed during the corresponding agenda item.
