In accordance with paragraph 20 of the SPA Standing Orders, the Committee agreed to consider items 7 – 12 in private.

There was no formal business conducted since the last meeting of the Committee.

RESOURCES COMMITTEE MINUTE FROM MEETING HELD ON 17 JUNE 2025 FOR APPROVAL
Members agreed the Minute from the Resources Committee held on held on 17 June 2025 was an accurate record of the meeting.

RESOURCES COMMITTEE ACTION LOG AND MATTERS ARISING
Members noted the Action Log updates and the actions proposed for closure.

Members agreed to close 3 actions linked to Change Portfolio and Benefits Reporting Process but Members agreed to create a new action requesting that would provide the committee with the information it has been seeking in respect of benefits and transformation oversight.

Action RES-20250813-001: November Committee to consider the revised Benefits Realisation Framework which articulates how benefits will be captured, measured and reported for the Portfolio and a paper, on the revised approach to the Change and Transformation within the Police Scotland, including prioritisation of the portfolio.
