2.1 Strategic alignment to strategic police plan and other key enabling strategies
Strategic outcome(s) If the SPA does not approve the annual procurement report for publishing it will not comply with its’ statutory duty to publish such report. The publishing of reports is monitored by the Scottish Government Procurement and Commercial Directorate and non-compliance investigated.
