Strategic alignment detail
Strategic alignment to strategic police plan and other key enabling strategies
Strategic outcome(s) - Strategic Police Plan 2026-29 & 2030 vision
This assurance aligns with the Strategic Police plan and the 2030 vision by ensuring that early intervention and support is provided to vulnerable and susceptible people who maybe at risk of being drawn towards terrorism or becoming terrorists and diverting them away from this path. This ensures that our communities are safer and there is less crime linked to terrorism within Scotland.
The early identification and support provided ensures that those victims who are at risk of being influenced by terrorism are supported and safeguarded from being involved in terrorist activity.
