Caroline joined the Authority in April 2017 and brings experience as a business advisor with a technology background.
A Technology and Business Studies graduate, Caroline initially worked in the City of London where she trained as an Investment Analyst. She returned to Scotland and managed three companies before moving into business consultancy and then joining Oracle as a global industry advisor.
She is now an independent NXD and consultant with a wide portfolio and sits on the Boards of Scottish Funding Council, Scottish Police Authority, and The Data Lab.
Caroline is also a member of the Scottish Government’s Digital Scotland Business Excellence Board and has been a Commissioner on the Widening Access and Makes Maths Count Commission.
