How to make a complaint

You can make your complaint to the SPA in a number of ways:

  • Online: Please complete the SPA Complaints Form
  • Write to:  Complaints, Scottish Police Authority, 1 Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1DZ
  • Telephone:  01786 896630 (If you complain by telephone, a written record of the complaint will be made by our staff and agreed with you).
  • You can also ask anyone else to make a complaint on your behalf as long as you give them your written permission.

Please note: The Authority welcomes written communication in Gaelic (in line with our Gaelic Language Plan).
